Eda Zullo joined Smith Hanley in 2000 and has since become a driving force in the confidential recruitment of Commercial Analytics professionals across the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Sciences, and Healthcare industries. With a sharp focus on data science, marketing science, sales analytics, forecasting, and data management, Eda is known for delivering high-impact talent that fuels business success. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Rosemont College and brings a rare combination of empathy, expertise, and results-driven focus to every search.

Peter joined Smith Hanley in 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in recruitment. Before joining Smith Hanley, Peter managed recruitment efforts for the finance and analytics teams at Yale University School of Medicine. He takes pride in building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates, fostering a collaborative recruiting process. Peter studied history at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team. Outside the office, he is an avid golfer, marathoner, and proud father of three children.
