Peter Reilly

Peter joined Smith Hanley in 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in recruitment. Before joining Smith Hanley, Peter managed recruitment efforts for the finance and analytics teams at Yale University School of Medicine. He takes pride in building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates, fostering a collaborative recruiting process. Peter studied history at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.  Outside the office, he is an avid golfer, marathoner, and proud father of three children.
