Biography:
In 2000, I joined Smith Hanley Associates to expand the recruitment and
placement of biostatisticians across the biotech and CRO
industries; today that sphere touches drug development
companies both large and small across all therapeutic areas and
stages of growth. One of my specialties is helping companies
to make the transition from outsourced to in-house services
and hire their first Biostatistician. Through continual research I
strive to remain current on industry trends, as well as to provide a
long-term, “big-picture” perspective to both my clients and
candidates.
