Biography:
Sandy came to Smith Hanley with 18 years
experience as a corporate human resource generalist, recruiter and
benefits administrator. Before
joining SHA in 2005, she worked for Equitec Group, LLC, a proprietary
trading firm, and its sister company, North American Jet, LLC. Sandy has a BA in Education and
Psychology from the University of Wisconsin. As a recruiter, she acts as an
advocate for career growth.
Sandy provides industry knowledge, guidance and expertise from
the initial representation to final negotiations. It is all about building long-term
relationships.
