Biography:
Robin Judson, Managing Director and Partner, joined Smith Hanley
Associates in 1985, to establish the investment banking recruiting
business. The practice focuses on hedge funds, private equity,
corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, merchant banking,
principal investment, structured finance, and emerging markets. Robin
also provides expertise in recruiting for distressed and high yield
securities, risk arbitrage and real estate. She is a member of the Financial
Women's Association of New York and 100 Women in Hedge Funds. Robin
previously spent five years as an economist and research analyst with
Merrill Lynch. She provided
advice to senior management of major transportation companies and to
Merrill's equity research and investment banking groups. Robin received
a Masters degree from Harvard and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College.
