Biography:
Rick is a Managing Director at Smith Hanley Associates with over
fifteen years of executive recruitment experience. He manages the
Capital Markets division. The group focuses on searches in both the
Broker-Dealer and Investment Management community. Mandates have
included: Quantitative Investment Research Strategist, Portfolio Managers,
Enterprise Risk Managers, Chief Information Officers, and Structured
Products Roles. He has been with Smith Hanley since 1984 and began his
career with the Union Carbide Corporation. Mr. Wastrom received his
Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration from the University of
Vermont.
