diverse professional background to Smith Hanley Associates, LLC, having
worked in sales and medical social services. She takes great pride in keeping up

communities, continually strengthening her professional relationships
and keeping her clients and candidates well informed. Kathryn graduated with a BS from the University of Tennessee
and an MS from the University
of Louisville's
Kent School of Social Work. She
