Dale manages the development of our West Coast territory and
specializes in the recruitment of positions and candidates within the CA,
OR and WA areas. Her focus is on primary research professionals with
Fortune 500 corporations, suppliers and management consulting firms.
Prior to joining Smith Hanley Associates she recruited globally for
media, marketing, hi tech and business services companies. Dale
received a BS in Education from Kent
State University
and completed graduate work in Instructional Technology at San Francisco State University.
